Christopher Bleidorn | Pastry Sous Chef

Christopher attended Johnson and Wales in Providence while working concurrently at Tosca in his hometown of Boston. Upon graduation, he moved to the west coast and spent 5 years as Jason Knibb's sous chef at Nine-Ten restaurant in San Diego. Just before joining the team at Benu, Christopher worked under Grant Achatz at Alinea in Chicago.
